I love to cook, but hardly ever bother anymore. Who really wants to cook for just one person? It just means having to wash the dishes. Over the years I've come up with a wealth of recipes that are actually very good. Most of them I can throw together in advance and take camping with me to reheat.

Does anyone else have any to share?

There's a room in your house with a very strange clothes dryer in it. Oddly, when you put the clothes in and turn it on, instead of drying them, it destroys them, fills the house with smoke, and then the fire department comes...

I've found a recipe that no matter how little I *exercise or *green tea I drink my ass and stomach still stays the same size (sometimes gets smaller), so do my legs, 'cept I loose the muscle from not exercising obviously.

2-3 cup Rice plain or seasoned except no oils or butter
1 small can Veggie of your choice-I eat green beans and carrots
1-2  prepackaged Tuna, Chicken, etc-(They come seasoned or plain) of your choice

This total makes more than I can eat in a meal. It ends up being about 2 meals generally depending on how much rice I end up cooking-I never measure. That is the deciding factor on if it is one or two packages of meat.

You can probably use raw veggies or frozen in place of the canned. Canned is easier for me so that is what I do.

Sometimes I add a small can of tuna in place of the prepackaged meats. The packaged meats are kinda pricey but it is quick and damn if I haven't been loosing weight. I have been actually had to make sure I eat other things cuz of it.

*Generally if I do not exercise or drink my Green tea my ass and stomach have a tendency to grow....so do I in general. Sad BLink Cry
